GalaxieeJewels shipping Policy
We ship all of our orders within 1-2 business days of the order made and confirmed. Confirmation email shall be sent out once the order has been successfully dispatched, we make sure all our products are carefully checked to be the best quality before packaged and sent off.
Shipping Times:
- United Kingdom: 2-6 business days
- European union: 5-10 business days
- United States/ Rest of the world: 7-14 days
Shipping Costs:
- Free standard shipping on all of our UK orders
- International orders will be calculated at the checkout based on your order
Tracking:
All of the order will include tracking, your tracking number will be received via email one your order has been dispatched
Split shipments
If you make an order and it includes several items, it may be shipped separately in order to receive your items faster so we appeal closer to the customers satisfaction, No extra shipping charge for split orders. Ensure your shipping address is correct as were not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong addresses that have been provided by the customer.
